This range of Skid Mounted Pilot Plants has been designed as per GMP norms. This array of equipments has 20000 kg of production capacity per day. These are mainly used for producing pharmaceutical products. High automation degree and computer controlled mechanism are the main aspects of these equipments. Vessel of Skid Mounted Pilot Plants is equipped with built in agitator and insulated jacket to prevent loss of internal temperature. Water and wax are melted in separated vessels. All these are later transferred into production vessel by applying vacuum force. Melted and transferred water and wax are mixed evenly to produce emulsion which is later treated with cold water.
